But there’s a catch: sometimes the output doesn’t sound like you.

It might be well-written, even thoughtful — but if the tone’s off, or the phrasing feels too polished, it can feel disconnected. And when that happens, feedback loses its intent.

We heard this concern from multiple teams. So we made a change.

ClarityLoop now includes a review step before any AI-generated feedback is shared. It’s a small moment that gives people the chance to read the message exactly as the recipient will see it — and decide if it feels right.

Review before sharing

You can tweak the tone, rephrase the opening, or start over entirely. And if you want to guide the AI from the start, we’ve added a simple prompt:
“Write it the way I’d say it in person.”

It’s a small design choice, but one that makes feedback more natural, more consistent, and ultimately more human.
