Edinburgh Napier University partnership
CollabSense was created with Edinburgh Napier University to test whether public collaboration data can reveal strengths, collaboration patterns, and growth opportunities.
About ClarityLoop
We started ClarityLoop because people deserve support that is timely, fair, and grounded in the reality of their work.
Why we started
ClarityLoop comes from first-hand experience scaling engineering teams and seeing where growth support breaks down.
UK Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, 2026
Before founding ClarityLoop, Sachin led 100+ engineers at FanDuel and served as VP Engineering at Multiverse. That experience shaped a simple belief: people do their best work when feedback, recognition, expectations, and support are part of the work itself.
ClarityLoop combines that belief with customer learning, research, careful design, and respect for the people these systems are designed to support.
Evidence
ClarityLoop is grounded in people science, open research, and practical learning from teams finding better ways to support growth.

Named a UK Startup Awards finalist for our work in people and workplace technology.
Innovation support for applied R&D into how teams grow, develop, and work better together.

Connected ClarityLoop with Scottish academic expertise so our approach is shaped by research as well as customer learning.
Trusted by teams putting people development closer to the work
Why it matters
Forms and review cycles have their place, but people usually grow through the everyday moments that show what is working, what needs support, and where to go next.
A helpful piece of feedback. A missed expectation. A thoughtful decision. A goal that needs support. Work that deserves recognition. These are the moments that shape growth and performance.
In many organisations, those moments are noticed too late or lost entirely. Managers are busy, teams are moving fast, and People teams are asked to improve growth without adding more admin. That is the gap we care about.
How we think
The way AI is used in people systems matters. These principles guide how we design ClarityLoop.
AI should help people grow, contribute, and understand each other better — not make them feel replaceable.
People development only works when people trust the system. ClarityLoop is designed for growth and support, not surveillance.
Growth should not wait for formal cycles. Support is most useful while there is still time to act.
AI can help prepare, organise, and suggest. Judgement, care, and accountability stay with people.
The future we are working toward
We imagine a future where feedback is more useful, managers are better supported, recognition happens when it matters, and AI helps organisations become more human, not less.
