Founder-led

Built with a clear point of view.

ClarityLoop is led by Sachin Goyal, who has spent years building and scaling teams in fast-moving organisations.

Before founding ClarityLoop, Sachin led 100+ engineers at FanDuel and served as VP Engineering at Multiverse. That experience shaped a simple belief: people do their best work when growth, expectations, recognition, and support are part of the way work happens.

ClarityLoop is built from that belief, combined with customer learning, research, product craft, and a deep respect for the people these systems are designed to support.

The ambition is to help organisations build cultures where people can do great work, grow with confidence, and feel supported along the way.
